DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
Data Base Management:
Contact Point for MD S&R system in HTC, while coordinating with WW analysts to maintain a valid, up-to-date Database to support business and R&D needs.
Coordinates incoming RMA, ISB, BOM integrity and reports / requests
Setting up new user's accounts in MD S&R.
Provides support to Internal / External users with administrative issues e.g., reports, B.O.M & IB queries.
Administration:
Administrator for Licenses creation for all Biosense systems, through the available web system.
General:
Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Performs other duties assigned as needed
: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
Academic degree is preferred (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of Experience in Service & Data base analysis (Salesforce is preferred).
CRM (customer relations Management) Administration Experience
Experience in a global service organization – An Advantage
