• Analyze company’s actual performance vs. Business Plan, including departmental costs, R&D projects, headcount, and capital according to requirements
• Accounting responsibilities including monthly/quarterly accruals and reporting to corporate
• Lead the Israel Innovation Authority and other governmental grants submissions, reporting and audits
Requirements:
• BA in Economics or Accounting
• A minimum of 4 years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required
• Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills (high capabilities with Microsoft Excel) and high communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power BI is preferred
• Experience in a dynamic/global company, implementing process improvements, including working independently, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in taking on leadership roles and partnering with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions
