Matrix is looking for a passionate and driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Kfar Saba. This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers and clients, and recruit top technology talent across a variety of domains and industries.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
Conduct candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional recruiting channels
Perform HR and screening interviews
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions
Manage recruitment for a wide range of technology positions, including Software Development, QA, DevOps, SAP, Data, Infrastructure, and more
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong teamwork skills and a broad business perspective
Passion for recruitment and continuous professional development
