Employment Diversity

Matrix believes in the promotion of businesses that deal with social goals and employee diversified populations.

Matrix global
In 2004, when many companies relocated some of their businesses to development centers overseas, Matrix had decided to create an alternative based on the additional values of the Israeli market and of Matrix as a leading company in its training abilities and knowledge and had establishing the Talpiot project – which was later called Matrix Global – that is based on religious women programmers trained by the Matrix training and assimilation division. This project revolutionized the employment in the religious sector.
This is the first project that works within the rules and environmental conditions that allow the employment of religious women, close to their residences and with the blessing of the head of the community. It now includes 800 religious women who work in software development and QA, with dozens of customers in the Israeli and global markets. Dozens of Israeli and international customers, including Hi-tech companies, financial and telecom companies, startups and large IT units have already joined as customers of Matrix Global.

Among those customers are: Leumi Bank, Ministry of Finance, Menora, Partner, Bank HaMizrahi, Leumi Card, Microsoft, Motorola, Retalix, Texas Instruments, Starhome, SAP, HP, Juniper Networks, Lavie Timetech, Verint, Gteko, Comverse and others. Matrix Global has customers from the American and European markets that choose the Israeli development center over the Far East countries.

Babcom Centers
The Babcom Centers Company was established in 2008 by Imad Telhami (who was joined by Noam and Dov Lautman), provides an answer for the employment needs of the population in the Galilee, especially for young academics from the Arab community by employing them at the service centers for the customers in the industrial areas of Tefen and Misgav or as developers at the software house in Misgav.
The company is multi-cultural, with about 500 employees, and was established in order to provide an answer to two complimentary needs: one is the recruitment, training and management of quality service representatives and reliable software developers, who are loyal to the company and are consistent, and the other is the needs of the educated population in the north, especially the Arab population, to find work that will fit its skills and will provide a suitable salary. The location of the Babcom Excellence Centers, next to Arab villages in the Galilee and close to an educated, high-quality and available workforce, gives it operational flexibility and the ability to quickly respond to the changes in the customer needs.
Among the customers are leading organizations from Israel and the world, like Cellcom and Yes in Call centers and Texas Instruments in software development.
