    Mr. Gutman is the CEO of Matrix since 2001.
    Had lead the establishment of Matrix, the acquisition and merger of over 50 companies into Matrix and its trading in the Israeli stock exchange.
    Had worked for 14 years at Liraz Systems, out of which was CEO for 6 years.
    Served for 7 years at the IDF Mamram unit (center of computing and information systems).
    Has an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, from which he graduated magna cum laude and with a specialty in strategic management.

  • Eliezer (Lazy) Oren, President and Vice Chairman of the Board

    Joined Matrix in 2002.
    Mr. Oren, who is the president and vice chairman of the board, is leading, among other things, all the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the company.
    After a 7 year army service he began working for Techem (now Ness Technologies) and after 2.5 years established Applicom with two friends and was CEO of the company until its merger with Matrix in 2002. Until its merger with Matrix New Applicom was expanding to 550 employees and about 100 million NIS in the bank.

  • Moshe Attias, CFO

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    Mr. Attias was a part of the establishment of Matrix and its trading in the Tel Aviv stock exchange.
    His previous position was CFO of Elron Telesoft, formerly known as NCC, in 1998 he and the founders of NCC lead to its acquisition to Elron for 44 million dollars.
    Mr. Attias is a CPA and a graduate of the Tel Aviv University in Accounting and Economics. Since 1988 he has been serving as an outside lecturer at the Tel Aviv University and is now lecturing in the MBA program.

  • Yael Fradkin-Mutzafi, VP of Human Resources

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    Mrs. Fradkin-Mutzafi was part of Matrix's establishment. Her previous position was VP of Human resources at Liraz Systems. Before that she worked as an independent organizational consultant for the leading organizations in the market.

  • Ranit Zexer, CTO

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    Her previous positions were managerial and professional at Bashan Systems, including: manager of the Solution Architects group and manager of the IGT (Internet and groupware technologies) field.

  • Gilly Ron, VP of Marketing and Alliances

    Joined Matrix in 2002.
    Within her position as VP of marketing and alliances at Matrix, Mrs. Ron is responsible for marketing strategy and management, for analysts’ relation and for managing Matrix’s strategic partnerships (like IBM, Microsoft, HP, Oracle, etc.)
    Throughout her career Mrs. Ron had served in senior positions in the area of marketing, strategy, and business development. Among others, she had established the distribution channels at the Digital Equipment Corporation, established the excellence centers and managed the startups relations.
    Mrs. Ron had established and managed the business partners department at New Applicom Software Products, and served as the Alliance Director at Matrix.

  • Asaf Givati, COO

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    Mr. Givati had filled a range of financial positions at Bashan Systems and Matrix.
    He is a graduate of the Bank Hapoalim management training track.

  • Yona Bakalchuk, Director of Strategic Sales

    Joined Matrix in 2003.
    Within his position at Matrix, he is responsible for sales of the software products that Matrix represents for its strategic customers.
    Mr. Bakalchuk, with over 20 years of experience in the field of software, began his professional career at the computer center of the Geophysical Institute and in scientific programming at the Oil Exploration Company. He continued to work at IBM for 8 years as a system engineer and marketing representative. After this he was senior sales manager at HDS (Storage).
    In 1996 he joined FCT (of the Formula group) as the sales manager. He was later the VP sales at New Applicom Software Products.

  • Ofer Refaeli, Director of the Designated Solutions and Public Sector Division

    Joined Matrix in 2003.
    The division, under the management of Mr. Refaeli, develop and manage unique projects focus on insurance, long term savings, public sector and manage the EIM center of excellence.
    Upon his IDF discharge Mr. Refaeli joined Techem, where he worked for 11 years (in Israel and in the USA) in various positions.
    In 1992 he joined Applicom (of the Formula group), where he developed and managed the consulting services and heterogenic environment projects. In 2000 he was appointed CEO of New Applicom System Development and Integration Ltd. (of the New Applicom group) until it merged with Matrix.

  • Dalia Robinson, VP and Director of the Financial Solutions and Technology Division

    Joined Matrix in 2007.
    The division, under the management of Ms. Robinson, is responsible for managing, developing and implementing projects and solutions for the  banking and finance sector, as well as managing the excellence centers for B2B, Content, Knowledge & Portals, DBA, E-business, Mobile, User eXperience, Search, Application Modernization and the themes Matrix Digital and Multi Channels.
    Mrs. Robinson came to Matrix after 17 years at SPL Software. In her last position at SPL, as Senior VP, she managed the Long-Term Savings Division, and before that the Solutions Division.
    She has accumulated extensive experience in projects from her previous positions as Director of the Projects Division, as CEO of SPL WG Consulting in Israel, as Director of the Public/Government Sector, and as a Senior Project Manager. Until 1990 she was Senior Project Manager in the Canadian Bank CIBC and a team leader and senior system analyst at the Bank of Nova Scotia. Before that she worked at the Mizrahi (Mahish) Bank.
    Served in the IDF’s Central IT unit (Mamka).
    Has a BA magna cum laude in Computer Science and Philosophy from the Bar Ilan University. She also completed magna cum laude the design and programming courses offered by the IDF Mamram unit (center of computing and information systems).

  • Fooni Arbiv, Director of the Software Products Division

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    The division, under the management of Mr. Arbiv, is responsible for marketing, support and sales of products that Matrix represents for its customers and for the  integration of the products within customer products in an OEM model, as well as the relationship with the existing and new vendors in Israel and abroad. In addition the division is also responsible for the ISV and startups program in cooperation with the global Red Hat Enterprise.
    He began his professional career at Hilan, where he developed the calculating portion of the salary system
    In 1987 he joined Formula and co-founded Formula Computing Technologies, and was among those who made FCT public. He was Senior VP at FCT. He was also Manager of New Applicom CRM, which merged with Matrix.

  • Menachem Nisenboim, Director of the Business Systems Division

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    The division, under the management of Mr. Nisenboim, is responsible for the managing and implementing of projects and solutions for the health sector, the industry and commerce sector and the ERP center of excellence.
    His last position was manager of the commercial systems division at Forsoft.
    Before that he was manager of software division customer service, and operation at Forsoft ERP (of the Formula group).
    Before that he managed the customer service and support at Nikuv Computers.
    Has MBAs in Business Administration, Project Management, and System Analysis from the Israel Institute of Productivity.

  • Sara Peer, Co-Director of the Integration and Infrastructures Division

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    The division, under the management of Mrs. Peer, is responsible for the management and implementation of projects, support, service and outsourcing in the field of integration and infrastructures, as well as the excellence centers of Consolidation & Virtualization and DRP & Storage.
    Sara had established and managed the southern extension of Mashovit that was later integrated into Formula.

    She has a BA degree in mathematics from the Ben Gurion University and an MA degree in Mathematics and Business Administration.
    During her MA studies she had developed the Holter software for 24-hour EKG examinations.

  • Avi Goldstein, Co-Director of the Integration and Infrastructures Division

    Joined Matrix when it was established in 2001.
    The division, under the management of Mr. Goldstein, is responsible for the management and implementation of projects, support, service and outsourcing in the field of integration and infrastructures, as well as the excellence centers of Consolidation & Virtualization and DRP & Storage.
    He has been in IT since 1985. In 1991 he joined the Mashovit company, which became an integration and infrastructures division at Matrix.
    Has dealt for many years in managing complex projects, in establishing, operating and maintaining websites for big companies and institutions.

  • Ziv Mandel, Co-CEO of the John Bryce Training and Assimilation Division, the Matrix Global Offshore Division and Tact QA & Testing Division

    Joined Matrix in 2002.
    Mr. Mandel is responsible for managing services divisions: training and assimilation, the Matrix offshore division (Matrix Global), testing and QA division (Tact Software Testing) and the call centers run by Babcom Centers. Also under Mr. Mandel’s management are the excellence centers of Learning Technologies and Dynamic Testing.
    Mr. Mandel is active in various public and professional frameworks, including Adams Institution, a member of the YPO management and a member of the board of directors of the young leadership association.

    The division, under the management of Mr. Ashkenazi, is responsible for the managing and implementing of projects and solutions in the telecom sector, of the CRM center of excellence –
    Had filled a series of senior managerial positions at Forsoft, the last of which was manager of the Telecommunication Division. In his previous positions he managed large projects in the telecommunication field.

  • Dr. Aviem Sela, Director of the Strategic Consulting unit and the Defense Division

    Joined Matrix in 2004.
    The division, under the management of Dr. Sela, is responsible for the services of strategic consultancy, and runs and implements projects and solutions within the defense sector.
    Dr. Sela is a senior fight pilot in the Israeli air Force. He was commander of Air Force bases and joined many operations as a commander, pilot and senior planner, including the planning of the attack on the nuclear plant in Iraq and participating as an aerial command and control during the operation. He received the Air Force Award for developing a system for planning and control [GR1] .
    20 years ago he had established Sibam, which was acquired by Matrix in 2004 and was the basis for the defense division, while acquiring and merging with other companies.
    Has a BA in Economics from the University of Jerusalem, an MA in business Administration from the Tel Aviv University, an MA in Information Systems from the University of New York and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Tel Aviv University.

    The division, under the management of Ms. Gerenstein, is responsible for managing the Professional services at Matrix.
    She has been the sales and marketing manager at Bashan System, which was acquired by Matrix.

    Joined Tangram Soft in 2002 and Matrix in 2007.
    The company, under the management of Mr. Raz, is responsible for the managing and implementing of Java, SOA, Database, MF ,including specialty in the IBM products and technologies. Also the company responsible on BI projects via the subsidiary BI First.
    One of the founders of Novelya, he was Co-CEO until it had merged with Skiff Systems and became Tangram Soft.
    Has been CEO of Tangram (Co-CEO until 2008) since its establishment.
