Management of computerized cabinets

Management of the computerized cabinets for storage of medical equipment and medicine. Management of the inventory, refreshing / complementing items, automated identification of authorized personnel to the electric locks. The modules contribute to a close examination of the equipment and medicine and prevention of their arrival into unauthorized or undesired hands.

Patient manager (ATD)

Managing all the steps from reception of the patient in the medical establishment to their departure: reception, hospitalization, treatments, discharge, follow-up and settling account with the HMOs, insurance, expert doctors, etc. This also includes managing personnel, authorities, clinics, agreements, etc.
 

Making appointments and assigning

Assigning of resources and managing work logs in the organization. Including a sophisticated graphic mechanism that gives a clear picture of all the data and processes in real-time and allows assigning patients, staff, machinery, equipment, technicians, etc.
 

Managing and handling operation rooms

Managing, documenting and detailed following of the entire operation process, beginning with pre-operation tests to the discharging of the patient and the production of a detailed summary. The system supports a few methods of managing the equipment and items in the operation, including the case card work method and the direct issuing in the operation room.
 

Managing of catheterizations

Managing, documenting and detailed following of the whole catheterization process, beginning with the patient entering the catheterization room to the discharging of the patient and the production of a detailed summary, concentration of the inputs used and a nursing sheet. The module has full support for changing situations during the catheterization process.
             

            Terminal system

            A computerized board that shows in the main medical center sites the status of the patient from reception, hospitalization, entering the operation room, moving to recovery and returning to the department. The information is presented from within the system in real-time, closely to the work processes that accompany the patient, including the processes performed in the operation room. The terminal system improves the connection between the patients and their relatives to the hospital during the hospitalization.

          Managing pharmacies

          Managing batches and expired items, issuing medicine for personal prescriptions, full support of the medicine manufacturing and repacking for department usage, manufacturing editions and product trees.
                     

                    Sterilizatio

                    Managing the manufacturing and packaging of all the operation room kits, managing production floor work stations during the sterilization process, following the inputs and production of the sterilization department, managing inventory and billing mechanisms of the operating departments due to missing kits that were returned to manufacturing and reconstructing, and internal billing between the operation rooms and the sterilization department.

                    Production and distribution of food

                    Managing ordering, producing and dividing of food from the departments by the distribution and moving sheets. The system organizes the menus and recipes as well as the production costs for the patient, the meal, the department and the hospital, including simulation options.

                Managing the laundry division

                Managing agreements with the laundry suppliers, acceptance / return processes, and automatic operation of electronic scales linked to the system and weight supervision. Distributing the laundry to the departments according to lists / deficiencies, orders, crowd density and preferences. The system reduces the lost equipment rate to a minimum.

                Financial management

                Accounting, suppliers, clients, cash register, customization, budget (including departmental budget), pricing, permanent property, financial reports and pricing, settling accounts with paying groups (HMOs, insurance companies,etc).
                   

                  Transferring organizational information

                  Tafnit includes software solutions for transferring organizational information, including SMS and MMS systems, place-based systems and unique organizational solutions (WAP). Tafnit also interfaces with the terminals that are used by field employees or warehouses and allows them to immediately link to the system and update real-time data from remote locations.
