Eliezer Oren, President and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board
.

Served in the IDF’s Central IT unit for HR (Mamka) for seven years. In his last position served as Chief Programmer (today's equivalent of CTO). Following his military service he worked at ATL (Tekem) for two and a half years as senior project manager, then co-founded Applicom (in 1982) and served as its CEO until it merged with Matrix. In 1992 Formula acquired majority shareholding in Applicom. In 1994 Applicom went public for an IPO on TASE. Before merging with Matrix, New Applicom expanded to 550 employees, about $75 million in annual revenues and about $25 millions in cash.

Holds a BA summa cum laude in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel-Aviv University.

Moshe Attias, CFO
.

CFO of Matrix since 2001.

Led the founding of Matrix and its IPO on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange. Previously served as a CFO of Elron Telesoft Ltd. (formerly NCC) In 1998, together with other co-founders of NCC, he led the sale of the company to Elron for $44M. Mr. Attias is a CPA and holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University. Since 1988 serves as outside lecturer at Tel-Aviv University; currently lecturing in MBA program.

Served in a series of managerial and professional positions at Bashan Systems, including as manager of the Solution Architects group and manager of the IGT (Internet and groupware technologies) area. Gilly Ron, VP Marketing and Alliances
.

Served in senior positions in the area of marketing, strategy, and business development. Among others, she was Digital Equipment consultant for marketing and channels, established the area of value added distribution channels in Digital Equipment Corporation, created the specialization and knowledge centers, and managed activities involving startup funding and management. Established and managed the business partners division at New Applicom Software Products, and served as the Alliance Director at Matrix. Responsible for marketing strategy, PR, investor relationship communications, relations with analysts, consulting companies, and for Matrix strategic alliances with IBM, Microsoft, HP, Oracle, and others.

Holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew University.

Asaf Givati, COO

Yona Bakalchuk, Director, Strategic Sales

Has over 20 years of experience in the field of software. Worked at the Computer Center of Geophysical Institute and in scientific programming at the Oil Exploration Company. Worked at IBM for eight years as system engineer and marketing representative. Subsequently he was senior sales manager at HDS (Storage).

In 1996 he joined FCT (of the FORMULA group) as manager of sales. Later served as a Deputy General Manager (Sales) at New Applicom Software Products. Holds a BA degree in Political Sciences from Tel-Aviv University.

Naeli Shweimer, Director of the IBM Distribution (Blue) Division

Served in the IDF’s Central Unit for Data Processing. Worked for IBM for 18 years, in his last position as manager of the defense division. In 1995 he joined the Formula group; working in software sales and professional services at Applicom. He joined FCT, where he established IBM hardware sales operation. He continued to expand this activity at New Applicom. After the merger with Matrix, continued working in the area of IBM hardware sales and took charge of the distribution operation of IBM software in Israel. Currently responsible also for Informix activities and the distribution of IBM software through a network of authorized resellers. Holds degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University.

yaron raz, CEO, Tangram Soft (subsidiary)

One of the founders of Novelya, Yaron served as Co-CEO until its merger with Skiff Systems and became Tangram Soft. Has been CEO of Tangram (Co-CEO until 2008) since its establishment in 2005. Yaron Raz is a graduate of the IDF's Central Data Processing Unit. He holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration and a MA degree from the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University.

Ofer Refaeli, Director of the Vertical Solutions and Public Sector Division
.

Ofer served in MAMRAM (IDF central computing facility) from 1974-1980 as programmer / analyst. Joined ATL (TEKEM) in 1980 and served in various managing positions, both in Israel and the USA.

In 1992 joined Applicom (the Formula group), where he developed and managed the consulting services division, and from January 2000 – Managing Director of New Applicom System Development and Integration Ltd. (of the New Applicom group) until it merged with Matrix.

Holds a BA degree in Economics and Computer Science.

Dalia Robinson, VP, Director of the Financial solutions and Technology Division
.

Dalia Robinson has extensive experience in the management of  business that provides services for information systems. Dalia is experienced in the management of large and complex projects, with specialization in baking applications. Ms. Robinson joined Matrix after 17 years with SPL Software. In her last function at SPL, as Senior VP, she managed the Long-Term Savings Division, and prior to that the Solutions Division. Previously, Ms. Robinson served as Director of the Projects Division, as General Manager of SPL WG Consulting, as Director of the Public/Government Sector, as Director of Project Sales, and as a Senior Project Manager. Until 1990 she served as Senior Project Manager in the Canadian bank CIBC and as a Team Leader and Senior Systems Analyst at the Bank of Nova Scotia. Prior to that, she worked at the Mizrahi (Mahish) Bank. She served in the IDF’s Manpower Computing Center.

Ms. Robinson holds a BA magna cum laude in Computer Science and Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University. She also completed cum laude design and programming courses offered by the Central Unit for Data Processing of the IDF.

Developed the computing component of the salary system for Hilan. Managed the application generation and database area of TAKAM. In 1987 joined Formula and co-founded Formula Computing Technologies, helping FCT go public. Served as a General Manager of New Applicom CRM when it merged with Matrix. Under his leadership, John Bryce Training has become the largest technology training center in Israel, with branches in Israel and overseas. It is recognized as the leading technology training center in Israel and is known worldwide as a pioneer in training methodologies and e-learning technologies. Under his leadership, Talpiot has grown in a few years to become a major development center employing hundreds of developers and serving clients in Israel and the US in a wide range of technologies. Before joining Matrix, he served as Chief Instructor in the IDF’s computer center. Holds degrees in Computers and Political Science from Bar Ilan University.
