The integration and  infrastructure  division provides comprehensive end-to-end infrastructure, communication, and computing solutions. Our customers benefit from a range of services in the areas of communication infrastructure (passive and active), computing (servers and workstations), operation, support, and application integration, complemented by quality service and support. Nationwide coverage by our sales, service, and distribution networks enables us to offer quick, reliable service to our customers. The division represents international companies and offers its customers a rich selection of leading products.

The division's Help Desk, staffed by an experienced support team, provides 24/7 service and handles system and hardware problems.

 

 

·         Execution of integration projects following streamlined project management methodologies, with strict schedule compliance and commitment to ongoing support over all stages of the system’s life cycle: panning, implementation, operation, and maintenance.

·         Consulting, planning, and setup of computing infrastructure.

·         Integrated computing solutions based on Unix, Linux, and Microsoft.

·         Specialization in the setup of end-to-end enterprise infrastructure.

·         Partial or complete outsourcing of infrastructure at the customer’s site or remotely.

 

·         Hardware and software solutions: marketing and deployment

·         Communication and networks:

Computing solutions for enterprise infrastructure systems, including data communication, LANs/WANs, support for every work environment and of Unix, Linux, and Microsoft servers, active and passive communication projects, comprehensive solutions for Internet environments.

·         Data security:

Planning, consulting, specifications, and risk assessment. Specializing in the implementation and maintenance of data security solutions based on open source (Linux), Internet site security, server farms and databases, secure wireless communication, and telephone exchanges.

·         Maintenance and support:

System support services and support for servers, hardware, and software. Nationwide coverage by service centers and technicians. 24/7 expert Help Desk support, remote fault/problem management with on-site service engineer support if necessary.

Servicing of heterogeneous systems. Customers benefit from maintenance and service of a range of systems and technologies under one roof, including VMS-Alpha, Microsoft, Novell, Linux, Irix, Solaris, Tru64-Unix.

Our service organization supports hundreds of satisfied customers nationwide, based on SLAs tailored to meet the requirements of individual customers. The service is available around the clock based on a team of dozens of technology experts and service technicians. The service operates according to the ISO 9001 standard, which is implemented at all levels of management and operation.
